Middle School Track Runner

Thanks to United Associates of Blind Athletes for giving us this story of Austin Keeler. The great thing about running is the conditioning of a front falling activity. People hesitant to walk use the heel first movement to shift their weight backward in the hopes of falling on their bottoms if they lose their footing. Moving quickly with running shifts a person’s weigh forward, the proper position. Hope you all enjoy.
